Booking Enquiry
Firstly, we want to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out for support. We're glad you're here.
About us: As a small and dedicated team, we’re committed to providing personalised, thoughtful care. Before submitting a booking enquiry, we invite you to explore our website to learn more about our services, fees, clinicians and their availability (click underlined text for links to these pages) — this helps ensure we're the right fit for your needs.
Intake and booking process: the information you provide in your enquiry helps us begin the intake process, match you with a suitable clinician, and understand how we can best support you. A member of our intake team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps. Find out more: Intake and Booking Process.
Confidentiality and readiness to begin: To respect confidentiality and begin the therapeutic relationship directly and respectfully, we ask that all booking enquiries come from the person seeking support (unless under the care of a parent or carer). While we understand the desire of loved ones to assist, this approach supports autonomy and readiness for the process ahead.
Dual relationships note: Working with individuals who share a personal relationship (e.g. family members, partners, or friends) can compromise confidentiality, objectivity, and therapeutic outcomes. This applies even if one person is no longer in treatment. To maintain ethical standards, clients known to each other will be booked with different clinicians where possible. If you are aware of any personal connection to another client of the practice, or to one of our clinicians, please advise us so we can ensure the most appropriate clinician is allocated.
