Hi there, I am the Practice Manager at The Glow Centre. I joined the team in 2018 as a Client Relations Team member, when the practice was known as Melissa Kent Psychology. Over the years, I have supported Melissa and the team with the continued growth of the practice, including assisting with the planning and design of our beautiful new practice fit-out and move in 2020.
I work closely with Melissa and our Operations Manager, Shane, to ensure all systems, processes and procedures are in place for the optimal running of the practice. I also support our amazing clinicians by managing their calendars and workloads, so that they can focus on looking after our wonderful clients.
I have over 20 years' experience in administration, including allied health, and I excellent organisational skills and a calm, competent presence to the administration side of our very busy practice.
I genuinely enjoy the positive impact that the team have on our clients' lives as a result of their therapy journey at The Glow Centre.
I love that everyone who works at The Glow Centre is client focused. From our admin staff to our clinical staff, we strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for our clients to visit, where they can put themselves first and make positive changes to their lives.
About me as a person
I enjoy getting out and about in our beautiful city and spending time with my husband, daughter and pets. I love a good coffee and checking out new cafes. I love travelling, live music, true crime podcasts, and I have a keen interest in interior decorating.

Sarah J Maas
I am part of our Client Relations Team, you will see me in the practice on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Coming from a customer service background, I understand the importance of ongoing client relationships. I have a passion for psychology, which I am currently studying at university.
I love the warm and homey environment of The Glow Centre and our team, and being able to provide a safe space for clients to enter.
About me as a person
I enjoy going out to music gigs, finding new specialty coffee shops, adventuring up mountains and spending time with my rescue kittens.
Shane
Operations Manager
You likely won't see me around the practice, but I am working hard behind the scenes as our Operations Manager. I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business. I have extensive experience in marketing and project management, in both the private and retail sectors. I am involved in strategic decision making and planning at The Glow Centre, working closely with our director, Melissa and practice manager, Kelly.
I love that we strive to look after our clients. I believe that if you have the chance to make people happy, then just do it. We know that sometimes people struggle silently, and your kindness may just make their day a bit better.
About me as a person
I am a proud father of two children and spend most of my spare time with them, as well as competing in triathlons and Ironman competitions and drinking good coffee.
