The Glow Centre is an essential service that is committed to providing same quality services and psychological support to our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We continue to adjust the way we work in line with the latest Queensland Government public health requirements.
We are able to offer face to face and online telehealth sessions during lockdowns.
The exception to face to face sessions would be if there is a COVID-19 outbreak within close proximity to our area. In the event of this occurring, we will communicate to all clients with bookings that their appointment will be converted to telehealth. Clients then have the opportunity to contact us should they wish to cancel or postpone their appointment.
If attending in person, we ask that clients adhere to the following guidelines:
please wear a mask
please do not bring any other people with you to the appointment (additional people in the practice will not allow us to maintain social distancing in our waiting room or consulting rooms).
And of course, do not attend if you are unwell, have had contact with someone with COVID-19, have been in a declared hotspot in the past 14 days, are awaiting the results of a COVID test etc.
We have a COVID-safe plan in place so you can be assured we are taking all possible steps to ensure your safety.
